Αυτό είναι ένα από τα πρωινά που θυμάμαι από τα παιδικά μου χρόνια. Μια φέτα ψωμί με τυρί ψημένη στο φούρνο στο grill μέχρι να φρυγανιστεί και να λιώσει το τυρί. Εδώ τη συνοδεύω με αυγά scrambled και σπιτικό πέστο ρόκας.
Grilled bread with feta cheese
This is one of the breakfasts i remember from my childhood. A slice of bread with feta cheese grilled in the oven on high temperature until it is golden and the cheese melts. Here, it is served with scrambled eggs and homemade rocket pesto.
